Hopkins Homes and Barratt David Wilson Homes are delighted to announce that their public consultation has launched on plans to deliver new homes on land east of Humber Doucy Lane.
The site has recently been purchased by Hopkins Homes and Barratt David Wilson Homes and is allocated for residential development in Ipswich and East Suffolk’s Local Plans.
They are looking to bring forward a masterplan for the site at Humber Doucy Lane, providing high quality homes for local people, alongside new community facilities and infrastructure improvements.
